* We do not pierce anyone under the age of 16 years. (Nipple & intimate anatomy: 18 years)

* You must provide government approved photo identification in order to be pierced. Failure to provide this will result in refusal of service

* Full aftercare instruction will be given verbally & via email link: it is the clients responsibility to follow instruction in order for the piercing to heal safely and correctly

* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we deem necessary: ie antisocial and inappropriate behaviour

* We do not fit jewellery that is purchased from elsewhere

* We do not pierce anyone who is under the influence of drugs or recreational drugs, pregnant or breastfeeding clients or anyone that are currently on antibiotics

* We will refuse service to anyone who has applied topical numbing agents to the piercing site
